How We Work

The methodology behind every Avant Marketing Revolution engagement. Designed for dental and healthcare practice owners who want measurable results, honest reporting, and no marketing-speak.

The principle: Marketing should produce real, measurable outcomes — new patients, completed treatment plans, recovered revenue. Everything we do is reported in those terms, not in vanity metrics. If we can't show you the number moved, we don't take credit for it.

The 90-day sprint structure

Every engagement starts with a 90-day sprint regardless of which retainer tier you're on. The sprint exists because: (1) trust takes 90 days to build, (2) most marketing investments need that long to produce measurable signal, (3) it gives both sides a clear evaluation point.

Days 1-14 — Foundation

Audit, baseline, foundation

Before any new content or campaign, we measure where you are. We pull baseline data from your GA4, Google Search Console, GBP, and PMS (read-only). We document the starting point so we can attribute every subsequent change to the work we did.

Concrete deliverables in this phase:

  • Current-state audit document — what's working, what isn't, why
  • Baseline metrics report — sessions, rankings, conversions, key events as of day 0
  • Google Business Profile optimization — categories, services, photos, Q&A pre-seeding
  • Technical SEO sweep — sitemap, schema, page speed
  • Top 5 keyword opportunities identified with rationale
Days 15-45 — Build

Content and conversion infrastructure

The first cornerstone content pieces ship. Patient reactivation infrastructure goes live. Conversion tracking is verified end-to-end so every form submit, phone click, and booking is attributed correctly. First paid acquisition test launches if your tier includes it.

Concrete deliverables:

  • 3-5 cornerstone content pieces published and indexed
  • Reactivation sequence to inactive patients — first send
  • Conversion tracking verified (every event firing correctly to GA4 and visible in your dashboard)
  • Paid acquisition launched (Foundation+ tiers)
  • Weekly progress emails start
Days 46-90 — Iterate

Optimize what's working, kill what isn't

By day 45 we have real data on what's producing leads vs what isn't. We double down on what works and kill what doesn't. Monthly strategy reviews tighten the plan.

Concrete deliverables:

  • Weekly content + GBP posts published
  • Paid spend rebalanced based on first-30-day conversion data
  • Reactivation campaign #2 (different segment or angle)
  • Monthly strategy review — full report on what we did, what worked, what's next

How we report results

Monthly reports are sent on the same day each month. The format is the same every time — predictable, scannable, comparable across months.

What's in the report:

We do not include vanity metrics. "Impressions" and "reach" are interesting but rarely actionable. Patients in the chair, treatment accepted, and revenue are the real metrics; everything else is leading indicator at best.
